This policy explains how CSxStore processes information used for customer accounts, purchases, payment verification, support and service security.

Information we process

We may process account details such as name and email, order and wallet records, payment references required for verification, support messages, security logs and optional marketing preferences.

Why we process it

Information is used to provide accounts, verify purchases, fulfill orders, prevent abuse, answer support requests, secure the service and send opted-in communications.

Security

Passwords are stored as password hashes. Authenticator secrets and API credentials should be protected at the server/configuration level and never exposed in public web directories.
