Terms of service

These terms apply to use of CSxStore and purchases made through the storefront. Product-specific delivery and warranty terms shown before checkout also apply.

Digital purchases

Product descriptions, quantity, price, delivery terms and any warranty shown at checkout form part of the purchase information. Customers are responsible for entering accurate activation details where required.

Payments

Only payments successfully verified by the store backend are credited. Sending the wrong asset, wrong network or an unverifiable transaction can delay or prevent crediting. When the selected payment flow supports variable amounts, the verified amount actually received is credited to the customer wallet.

Acceptable use

Customers may not attempt payment fraud, account abuse, automated attacks, credential stuffing, exploitation or interference with the service.
